Michael Marland
| Michael Marland CBE FCP Hon DEd (Kingston) had
been General Editor Heinemann School Management Series since 1971; he
was the founder and Headteacher of North Westminster Community School
from 1980 to 1999 and Honorary Professor at the Department of Education,
University of Warwick from 1980 to 1992.
He sat on many national education committees, from 1972 to 1995, was Executive of the City of Westminster Arts Council and Vice-Chairman of the City of Westminster Race Equality Council.
He published many books on the art and science of education.
