Dubbed
Rainald [Reginald] holds Mirland [Peters
Marland] from Ru [Roald]. Elric [Alric] held it in the time of King Edward
and it
paid geld for three virgates of land. Land for nine ploughs. There are six ploughs
and four slaves and seven villagers and ten acres of meadow and
six acres of scrubland. Pasture two furlongs long and one furlong wide. Formerly twenty shillings; value now thirty shillings

The same Gosbert holds Merland [Little Marland] from Theobald.
Leofgar held it in the time of King Edward and it paid geld for one
virgate of land and one furlong. Land for three ploughs. There are three
villagers with one slave and ten acres of meadow, and twenty acres of
pasture. Scrubland three furlongs long and one furlong broad. Formerly
five shillings; value now ten shillings.
